This project had a decent home on a spectacular lot.  Talk about views!–the valley from Point of the Mountain up to the Capitol on the west side and the protected hillside to the east. Like many homes, it had plenty of square footage, but did not take advantage of its amazing location or feature those views from the interior of the home.  The clients also wanted to update the flow of the house to accommodate gathering friends and family together.  Combined with a terrific update of the landscaping—including a new pool with those amazing views on all sides–you have a home that generations of family will love and use for many years to come.

“Ann knew from the beginning that altering our floor plan to maximize views of the valley and mountain would have a dramatic impact on our home and on us. She could not have been more right. We can see the valley from anywhere in the home and the addition of the very large window facing the mountain has allowed us to see the top of the mountain from the comfort of our couch. We spend nearly every evening in the warmer months on our new front porch, and could not be happier with the feeling of peace that we have in every part of our home.” – Homeowner
