Penn. Place Proper

A family neighborhood, literally! Pennsylvania Place in Salt Lake City is a bit of a hidden gem. Perhaps you recall our Utah Style and Design featured new home build; Pennsylvania PlaceJust across the short street, our client and relative to the home owners aforementioned, discussed location with me as I photographed her home. Moving just up the road, she wanted to increase functionality while paying attention to design ad making the most of her Tudor home spatially. By opening up the back of the home; we were able to create an open kitchen with an adjoined sitting area. With tons of natural light pouring into the home, the view of the floral landscaped private backyard became an extension of the home and its charm. With a handful of family members on the same street, it’s a perfect arrangement of connection and privacy.
