Last updated 4/27/2026

This privacy policy for Renovation Design Group’s website is designed to outline how we might collect, store, use, and/or share information when you interact with our website.

Who We Are

Our website address is: https://renovationdesigngroup.com

Data Collection

When you engage with our website by submitting a contact form, leaving a comment, or surfing, we collect data and analytics to serve you and improve your experience.

If you submit a contact form on our website, we collect the requested data in order to track and respond to your inquiry. This information may include but is not limited to:

  • Name
  • Email Adress
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Details relating to your project (budget, scope, etc.)

Data you submit in a contact form is stored with our site administrator, WordPress, and is forwarded via email to the respective team member(s) to assist you with your inquiry.

If you leave a comment on our website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. The comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Cookies

This website uses cookies. These cookies are designed to improve your experience by offering features like auto-filling your name, email, and phone numbers when completing forms or leaving a comment. We also use cookies to track analytics across the site and discover possible areas for improvement based on user behavior.

Third Parties

This site utilizes third parties. These tools might include the following but are not limited.

Google Analytics

1. How We Use Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), to help us understand how visitors interact with our website. This data allows us to improve our content, optimize website performance, and provide a better user experience.

Google Analytics uses “cookies,” small text files placed on your device, to collect information such as your browser type, the pages you visit, the time spent on our site, and the website you visited before arriving at ours.

2. Automatic IP Anonymization

To protect your privacy, this website utilizes Google Analytics 4, which is designed to provide “Privacy by Design.” Under this system, IP addresses are automatically anonymized. For users outside the European Union, IP addresses are used briefly to determine general geographic data (such as city or state) and are then discarded before the data is recorded in any permanent log or database. This ensures that your full IP address is never stored on Google’s servers.

3. Data Association & Google “My Activity”

If you are signed into a Google Account while visiting our site, Google may associate your visit and website behavior with your account history depending on your personal Google settings.

You have direct control over this data through the following ways:

  • Access and Deletion: You can view, manage, and permanently delete the information Google collects from your use of our website by visiting your Google My Activity portal.
  • Personalized Ads: You can manage how Google uses your data to show you personalized advertisements by visiting Google Ad Settings

4. Your Choices & Opt-Out Options

You can prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics through the following methods:

  • Browser Opt-out: You may download and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. This prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (gtag.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity.
  • Cookie Settings: You can adjust your browser settings to refuse all or some browser cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent.

5. Third-Party Data Processing

Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can find more information about Google’s data practices here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services

MailPoet:

If you would like to receive notifications about new blog posts, you have the option to provide your email and subscribe. This website sends emails through the MailPoet Sending Service. This service allows us to track opens and clicks on our emails. We use this information to improve the content of our newsletters.

To send you emails, we use the name and email address you provide us. Our site also logs the IP address you used when you signed up for the service to prevent abuse of the system.

No identifiable information is otherwise tracked outside this website except for the email address.

If you would like to be unsubscribed from these emails, you can do so from the bottom of the email.

LiteSpeed Cache:

This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. We may use QUIC.cloud services to process & cache your data temporarily. Please see https://quic.cloud/privacy-policy/ for more details.

Embedded Content and Sharing

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including but not limited to tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
