Meet virtually or come to our office to meet with one of Renovation Design’s licensed architects for a 60-90 minute discussion of your individual project. We will view pictures you have submitted of your existing house in an effort to understand how your house does not support your lifestyle. We will also cover general remodeling topics such as design fees, the design process and timeline, average construction costs, and information on the specific project type(s) you’re considering. The ultimate purpose of this meeting is to determine if you/your project and Renovation Design are a good match. You will receive a proposal to go through a design process with us to explore solutions to your renovation challenges. You will also receive a Basic Property Review packet created just for you.** All parties involved in the decision-making process should be in attendance.

Cost: $400

**The Basic Property Review Packet includes simple zoning information on your property, an aerial view of your property, parcel information and basic building sketch if available from your local municipality, and information sheets on basic construction types and costs that may apply to your project.

Meet in person with one of Renovation Design’s licensed architects at your home for 60-90 minutes to discuss your individual project. We will tour your home to help us understand how your house does not support your lifestyle. We will also cover general remodeling topics such as design fees, the design process and timeline, average construction costs, and information on the specific project type(s) you’re considering. The ultimate purpose of this meeting is to determine if you/your project and Renovation Design are a good match. You will receive a proposal to go through a design process with us to explore solutions to your renovation challenges. (Additional fee for travel outside a 45 mile radius from our office).

We will review your design preferences, your projected budget, and discuss applicable zoning issues. DESIGN EXPLORATION
The Design Exploration℠ is a comprehensive study that develops multiple designs, presenting functionally creative and aesthetically exciting alternatives to achieve your goals and reflect your style. Together we will synthesize ideas to create a master plan for your project. Your architect will also do a zoning study and a budget projection to ensure that your project is creative, workable, and affordable.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
We provide three levels of service to take you from start to finish. The Outline Plan℠ is our most affordable construction plan set which will provide the basics needed to obtain a building permit. The Full-Plan℠ expands the set of construction drawings to include additional design not required by codes, such as interior elevations and lighting plans. Our Inspire Architectural Services℠ adds assistance in specifying finishes as well as providing site observation and design services during construction.
