The brick window sills have been moved up and once the brick has been power washed it will look great! The painters have painted swatches of the selected exterior wall and trim colors just left of the new back porch for Jon & Marisa to review/approve.
The hardwood installation is complete. The floors will be sanded today and then the first coat of the selected stain color will be put on by the end of the week. As soon as the floor is done the finish carpenters will start installing interior doors, door & window trim, baseboards, etc.
The contractor is working on getting bids for several options on the front porch cap as well as the retaining wall that Jon & his neighbor are considering replacing before the driveway is replaced.
