Lower Level Primary Suite

This Bungalow-style home, located in the charming Liberty Wells neighborhood of Salt Lake City, underwent a full interior remodel of the lower level and a mudroom addition on the main level. The plans for the remodel were designed by our wonderful, now-retired architect, Ann Robinson, AIA. On the lower level, Robinson designed a primary suite, laundry room, and family room. Upstairs, she designed a small addition to make room for a larger staircase between the two levels and a mudroom with access to the backyard and storage for the growing family. The renovation and addition were thoughtfully designed to blend with the home’s original style, including the casework around the doors and windows as well as the railing on the staircase.  After living in the new spaces for some time, the homeowners are more than happy with the outcome.
