1960 Ranch Renovation

Steven and Amy have a large family and desperately needed more living space. By pulling the garage forward and adding onto the back they were able to add enough space to make life much more comfortable. By excavating and including a basement, it added a great space for the kids to play.

The exterior was improved greatly by bringing the entrance door to face the street and re-landscape rather than hide behind a tree facing the garage. The connection to the backyard was improved by adding French doors to a nice covered patio.
