On this new build project, we worked with contractor Zac Hicks of Bluebird Renovations and interior Designer Susan Taggart to design a home for a young family. The main level of the home features an open concept living room with access through sliding glass doors to the playroom, dining room, and kitchen with a large island and pantry. Also on the main level is an entryway with stairs, powder bathroom, mudroom, and entrance with access to the lower-level apartment. Upstairs we created a more private space for the bedrooms with each of the kid bedrooms featuring built-in shelving perfect for organizing games, toys, and books. The upstairs hallway also provides access to the laundry room and bathroom. In the primary suite, we created a large bedroom with access to a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a separate toilet room and tub.
