The first phase of the East Central Interior project was the lower-level apartment. We started by switching the kitchen and first bedroom locations to create a more open-concept living room, kitchen, and entry. This then allowed us to create a more private hallway with access to two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the laundry room. We also re-configured the stairs to the upper level for improved access between both levels of the home.
