Description
Type: Historic Restoration
Style: Tudor Style
Built in: 1930-1939
Details:
Located in Salt lake City, this 1930's Tudor style home underwent a beautiful restoration. After years of neglect, its warmth and charm have been brought back to life! Every square inch has been carefully restored, from the original leaded glass windows to the gas fireplace inserts and the Art Deco dining room chandelier. The remodel included the main living room, dining room, kitchen, and powder room. On the lower level, a family room, laundry room, and guest suite. On the upper level a bedroom, bathroom, and master suite. A small addition was done in the rear to add a mud room on the main level and a master bath on the upper level. All work was done with an effort to maintain the original integrity of the historic home.
