This Holladay, Utah home was originally built in 2007. Our team created a remodeling plan that included updating the existing main level and adding an addition to the upper level for a large primary suite. On the main level, the team worked to open up the floorplan, updated the finishes, and created a large pantry accessed from both the hallway and kitchen. Upstairs, we were able to expand upon an existing bonus room and small bathroom to create a primary suite with a bedroom, two large closets, and a large ensuite. The stairs were relocated to be stacked with the stairs to the basement to provide easy access between levels and create an architectural detail in the foyer. With the primary suite being moved to the upper level, we were also able to reclaim the existing main level primary suite for a guest room, guest bathroom, steam shower, and gym.
