Virginia Street Colonial II Back Side Before

This is the second remodel with 2 different homeowners on this Colonial home in the heart of Salt Lake City. This renovation consisted of adding an addition to the back of the home and converting the basement in to livable space. The kitchen was updated and the back exterior profile changed from the living room addition.
