Before the remodel with an open concept kitchen and dining room, small bar area, and a door to the yard.

A fabulous Highland Park transformation! On this project, the team added a second story addition to a Tudor home built in the 1920s. We were also able to add a staircase between the three levels of the home for easy access and flow. The second story features a loft space, balcony, and primary suite with a large bathroom. With the primary suite being moved upstairs, the team was able to adjust the spaces on the main level to create a family room and mudroom.
